For some reason today I bought all of the food at the supermarket. From my calculations, there is nothing left. I took Poppy to the dog park before this little outing and lost an airpod. Which meant retracing my steps to look for it and double the park time for my pup. But it was not uncovered. And I guess the grocery store is where I avenge what ails me? I felt like the little boy who lost his white mitten in the white snow. Grandma warned me but I threw caution to the wind!
Lately I have been taking stock of things and trying to figure out what’s next. Because though I want to be relaxed, if I am not prepared, as Keith Urban will remind me, “Days go by.” So I’m finally taking my planner seriously again. I’m also somehow still tying loose ends. Paying for my all my renewals right now- both my work licenses, my work insurance, etc. Ordering tires, getting a hair cut, replacing some jeans. It seems to be a million little things that I think I “won’t have to do again for awhile.” But awhile feels like minutes and why are there so may fees to adulthood I will never know (oh wait, capitalism).
I still cannot believe I lost an airpod. Ugh.
